A memorial service will be held for Joallen Sue Bartell at 12 p.m., Saturday, July 25, 2020, at the family home in Chandler. Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
Bartell was born to Leo Pete Hall and Essie Geneva (Ferguson) Whittley on June 13, 1950, in Santa Cruz, Calif. She died July 16, 2020, at her home in Chandler. She was 70 years old.
Her parents preceded her in death.
Survivors include her husband Gary Junior Bartell of the home; her children, Gary Junior Bartell II, Letha Bartell and Nicole Bartell; 13 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and other family and friends.
