Sharon Ann Truesdell was born February 23, 1942, in Elk City, Okla., and died Thursday, March 5, 2020, in Oklahoma City. She was 78 years old.
Truesdell worked as a truck driver for 42 years alongside her husband John C. Truesdell. They were married for 53 years.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Gale and Pearl (Lewis) Blankenship; her husband; one son, James G. Truesdell; one daughter, Jacqueline Truesdell; four siblings, Charles Blankenship, Dean Blankenship, Kathy Pittman, and Troy Blankenship; and one grandson.
Survivors include five grandchildren, 14 greatgrandchildren and other family and friends.
A funeral service was held Tuesday, March 10, 2020, in the chapel of Lehman Funeral Home, which handled the final arrangements. Burial followed at Tryon Cemetery.
