A pre-preliminary hearing has been scheduled for the Assistant Police Chief of Prague and his wife who are facing a total of 43 felony charges between them related to child sexual and physical abuse.Assistant District Attorney Kelly Trimble said the pre-preliminary has been scheduled for 1:30 p.m.
