Nolan Winferd Osborne was born December 27, 1935, in Kendrick, Okla., and died Thursday, June 3, 2021, in Chandler. He was 85 years old. Osborne served in the United States Army during the Korean War and worked in the oil field as a tool pusher and driller.

Franklin Lewis Ambler of Chandler was born March 11, 1945, in Wichita, Kan. He died Friday, June 4, 2021, in Norman, Okla., at the age of 76 years.

Jennifer Lea (Madden) Stone was born to Steve and Debra Renee (Pascoe) Madden on March 9, 1981, in Anderson, S.C. She died Friday, April 23, 2021, at her home in McLoud, Okla. She was 40 years old . Stone was a 1999 graduate of Chandler High School. She was preceded in death by her grandparents.

Alan Conway, long-time Chandler resident, passed away at his home in Chandler on Saturday, May 29, 2021. He was 83 years old. Services are pending under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler. A full obituary will be published in next week’s edition of this newspaper.

Lettie Mila Fuentes was a miracle born May 10, 2021 in Oklahoma City, Okla., to Jessica Wilson and Edgar Fuentes. Precious baby Lettie earned her wings on May 22, 2021. Though Lettie was here for a short time, she was deeply loved. She captured our hearts.

Eva Garlene Lorenz

Eva “Garlene” Lorenz of Muskogee, Okla., was born to Gerald and Janetta Bacon on August 3, 1940, in Warwick, Okla. She died Thursday, May 27, 2021, at the age of 80 years. Lorenz, a 1957 graduate of Wellston High School, was a homemaker and worked as an administrative secretary.

Shirley Mae (Dees) Summers

Shirley Mae (Dees) Summers, resident of Shawnee, Okla., passed away on Monday, May 24, 2021. She was 80 years old. A funeral ceremony was held on Thursday, May 27, 2021 at the Walker Funeral Chapel in Shawnee. Following the ceremony, she was laid to rest at Resthaven Memorial Park.
