William Marshal “Ped’e” Smith was born August 3, 1972, in Oklahoma City. He died Monday, April 17, 2021, in California at the age of 48 years.
Smith is the son of Eddie Gene Moore and Beverly J. (Mongo) Smith.
Preceding him in death were his maternal grandparents and an aunt. Survivors include his mother, his father, his sister and brother-in-law Khristal and Randy McLeod and other relatives and friends.
A memorial service was held Saturday, May 22, 2021, in the chapel of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston, which handled the final arrangements.
