Left, Beckett and Wyatt Buoy joined their dad, Anthony with matching Shai Gilgeous-Alexander Thunder jerseys to check out the Rolling Thunder Book Bus Thursday in Meeker. The custom-designed truck and trailer has over 2,000 fiction and non-fiction books and distributes books to children in kindergarten through fifth grade, though they must be accompanied by an adult. Children can explore the bus and take home one book. During the 2024-25 season, the bus distributed nearly 15,000 books. It made 143 visits in 32 cities.
