Payne County Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Teresa Harkins, with her 30-plus years of banking experience, to their community bank family. Harkins has spent her entire banking career with First Bank of Chandler, later merging into BancFirst. She was a senior vice president and loan officer providing financing to Consumer, Commercial, Real Estate, and Agricultural customers.
Teresa was born and raised in Boise City, OK. She has lived north of Chandler for 31 years where she and her husband, Randy, raised their 3 sons, Clu, Dusty and Quentin. It is there on her farm that she enjoys spending time with her six grandchildren.
Teresa is very active in the Chandler community. She serves as treasurer of the Chandler Chamber of Commerce, vice president of the Chandler Round Up Club, and is a member of the Chandler Southern Baptist Church. She will maintain active roles in those organizations as well as other community involvement.

Teresa will be working at the main bank in Perkins and the Loan & Deposit Production Office located at 808 Manvel in Chandler. She will be at Payne County Bank’s full service branch location in Chandler when it opens.
