Meeker High School had its annual contest last week to decorate the hallways for homecoming. Each class had a hallway to decorate in the theme of a specific decade. The Senior class, upper left, won the contest with its 1950s malt shop, complete with some knocked-out rockabilly and doo-wap tunes. Left is the Junior class with its CHANDLER, OK 1970s theme. Top right are the Sophomores and the 1980s. Above, is the Freshman class and its version of the 1960s, including a flower power V-dub microbus. Dig it. The hallways were judged by iconic local celebrities.
