Patsy Lou Talburt was born May 29, 1934, in Wellston, Oklahoma, to Roy and Ella Foulks. She passed away on September 2, 2026, in Harrah at the age of 92.
Patsy married Jakie Talburt on October 27, 1955.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Donald Foulks, two sisters and a brother.
Patsy leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughter, PamelaTalburt Hutchison and husband, Billie Hutchison; sister-in-law, Vickie Foulks; along with many other beloved family members and friends.
Agraveside funeral was held Tuesday, September 8,2026,attheSunsetMemorialParkCemetery in Norman under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
