Dorothy Lee Hansard

Dorothy Lee (Johnson) Hansard was born February 7, 1931, in Oklahoma City. She died Saturday, September 5, 2020, in Stillwater, Okla., at the age of 89 years.

Hansard, the daughter of Gilbert and Elsie Margaret (Nilson) Johnson, married Bill Hansard on December 24, 1950.

After retiring from MetLife in Tulsa, Okla., to care for her mother, she worked for the Chandler Senior Citizens Center.

Her parents, her husband and one daughter-in-law, Sandra Hansard, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her daughter Tara Parks and son Joseph Hansard; three grandchildren; her sister and brother-in-law, Janet and James Robbins; her brother Arthur Johnson; and other family and friends.

No services are scheduled at this time. Care services were provided by Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler.
