Central Oklahoma Habitat for Humanity recently announced it promoted Reagan Carter, CPA, to chief financial officer. Carter, who currently lives in Choctaw, is originally from Meeker, Oklahoma.In a press release, Habitat said Carter previously served as their controller from February 2018.
