Agents with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation continue to look into a shooting that occurred last week in Stroud.
Brook Arbeitman, with the OSBI, said Tuesday, “There are no updates yet. Agents still are working on the case.”
According to information released over the weekend, there was a shooting at the On Cue in Stroud Saturday that injured an individual who was taken to a hospital.
The On Cue is located at SH 99 and Ada Webb in Stroud.
Arbeitman stated on Tuesday the name of that individual is not being released at this time nor is which hospital the individual was taken to being identified.
The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reportedly requested the OSBI take over the investigation about 2:45 p.m. on Saturday.
Arbeitman stressed on Tuesday, “This is an active investigation. If anyone was in the parking lot or saw anything while driving by, please contact the OSBI at (800) 522-8017 or tips@osbi.ok.gov. They can remain anonymous.”
