Three suspects who were arrested following a break-in at an area marijuana grow facility in late November have been identified.
Three others who are also suspects were arrested and detained in southern Oklahoma.
At 6:54 a.m. on Nov. 22, Lincoln County Communication Center received a 911 call stating a marijuana grow facility was being broken into. Lincoln County Deputies responded and the victims provided vehicle descriptions.
Lincoln County Sheriff Kevin Garrett said the 911 call came from 900155 S. 3540 Road. He reported that’s southwest of Stroud about two miles west off of SH 99.
Deputies went west on 910 Rd and S 3520 Rd, located a silver Dodge Durango and tried to stop it with lights and sirens. The vehicle failed to stop and a pursuit was initiated.
The pursuit started westbound on 910 Rd and ended in the driveway at 940484 S 3520 Rd. Garrett The driver, Kimani Murphy, and passenger Tyjai Ghee were arrested by gun point for the burglary and charges related on the pursuit.
During this time, deputies received a call about a silver Nissan Rogue in a wreck in Prague that matched the description of the other vehicle seen at the marijuana facility.
The driver, Aluante Luckey-Freeney, was detained and refused to divulge how many others were involved and ran away from the wreck.
As of Tuesday, public records show no formal charges have been filed against any of the suspents.
An extensive manhunt for the three other individuals was conducted inside the city of Prague.
The hunt was discontinued after a doorbell camera recorded three men entering a silver vehicle at 8:30 a.m..
The individuals hired a Uber and were taken to Love County.
After looking at video from the grow facilities, it was determined at least one of the individuals had a handgun during the burglary.
No firearms were located inside the vehicles that were recovered. The investigation is ongoing and the other three individuals are anticipated on being charged.
Other agencies involved were the Prague Police Department, Meeker Police Department, Stroud Police Department, Davenport Police Department, State Game Warden, and the Sac & Fox Police Department.
