A $50,000 bench warrant has been issued for the arrest of a Harrah man who failed to make his court appearance and who is facing a new felony and a misdemeanor.
Travis Wayne Kaskaske, 43, was formally charged in Lincoln County District Court on March 24, 2025 with bringing contraband into a jail/ penal institution, a felony, also has several previous felony convictions.
After being called three times in open court to appear, Special Judge Emily Mueller set his bond at $50,000 ordered a bond forgeitture.
He also was charged with the misdemeanor of unlawful possession of paraphernalia.
He appeared before Associate District Judge Joe Dobry on March 20 who has set his bond at $3,000.
Count 1 accuses Kaskaske on March 20, 2025 of bringing into the Lincoln County Jail an item of contraband, specifically Methamphetamine, without the authority to do so while an inmate in the Lincoln County Jail.
In count 2 he is charged on the same day of possessing a glass pipe which is used by abusers of drugs classified as Controlled Dangerous Substances and without having any medical need requiring possession of the paraphernalia.
Supplemental information filed in the case by Assistant District Attorney Kelly Trimble shows Kaskaske was previously convicted of the following felonies.
On May 5, 2016 in Oklahoma County District Court bail jumping.
On May 25, 2023 in Oklahoma County District Court Assault and Battery on a police officer.
In Oklahoma County District Court on Oct. 24, 2012 driving under the influence.
