A felony charge has been filed against a Chandler man for lewd or indecent acts to a child under 16.
Formal charges were filed June 17 in Lincoln County District Court against Wesley Rahe Jordan, 37.
A $75,000 bench warrant was originally issued for his arrest but was returned and filed on June 21.
Associate District Judge Sheila Kirk ordered Jordan to make his initial appearance on June 23 and that his $75,000 bond remain.
On June 23, he made his initial appearance before Special Judge Emily Mueller and she scheduled his prepreliminary hearing for 1:30 p.m. on Aug. 18.
Lincoln County Detective George Kelly Coleman stated in a probable cause affidavit that a query into Jordan’s criminal history showed that Jordan was charged in August of 2021 with lewd acts with a minor.
