Lincoln County commissioners this week approved several reports, took no action on one contract and adopted a resolution for a fencing project in District 3.
The commissioners accepted a quote from McCommas Construction for carpeting and tiling of the Treasurer’s office and Courtroom No. 1 in the Courthouse.
They also approved the amended SEFA reports for Fiscal Years 2021 and 2022 and the new SEFA report for Fiscal Year 2023.
They adopted a resolution for a CBRIF-105 Kickappo Fencing project in District 3.
Commissioners agreed to get quotes for janitorial services for the Courthouse.
In other business, commissioners: Approved the County Treasurer’s Transcript of Proceedings on sale of county property acquired at resale. This was for 9.3 acres near Stroud.
Approved a county deed on Stroud Tracks Section 10-15-6.
Took no action on a contract with Flintco on the jail remodeling and expansion project.
Approved an ODOT form for Lincoln County EW 850 over Salt Creek Project for District 1.
Agreed to have the Jeremiah House do the lawn mowing services for the Courthouse area once they provide proof of liability insurance.
Approved a Declaration of Surplus for District 3.
Approved requesting, receiving and inventory offices for the Sheriff’s Department.
