Lincoln County commissioners this week voted to set a hearing on vacating right-of-way located at 3340 Road between the West Turnpike entrance and Route 66 in Wellston.
They agreed to set the hearing for the commissioners meeting on March 21.
Commissioners then adopted a resolution on the issue to hold the hearing at that time.
Commissioners also voted to move a special investigator’s salary from the DA’s budget to the Sheriff’s budget.

Took no action on purchase or rental of Tryon Yard in District 2.
Approved new Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority Compliance Certificates for Castleside Farms, Gold Farm 1188 LLC and Zombie Flower Farms LLC.
Approved OMMA location change for Top Shelf Exotics LLC.
Approved card holders for the County Purchasing Card.
Adopted a resolution establishing an account for the District No. 2 REAP grant.
Adopted a resolution setting up a CBRI account for District 3 engineering costs for three bridges.
Approved a resolution to set up a Centerpoint donation account for District 1.
Adopted a resolution to dispose of equipment in the County Clerk’s Office.
Approved an ODOT form for the Stroud Lake Road project in District 1.
Adopted a resolution to appoint requesting, receiving, inventory officers in the Election Board Office, Davenport Nutrition Center and Emergency Management.
