District Attorney Adam Panter filed two felony charges involving child sexual abuse material and obscene material against a man who resides in Chandler on March 17.
Larry Don Beiter, 39, was charged with one felony count of aggravated possession of child sexual abuse material and one felony count of the distribution of obscene material or sexual abuse material, according to court documents.
The document alleged that on or around Feb. 12, Beiter committed the crime of possession by having 100 or more videos and/or images that depicted children under the age of 18 engaged in inappropriate acts on his cell phone. At the same time, he was charged with downloading the obscene material onto his phone.
