Erika Russell and Calista Schardt have been selected as Rotarians of the Month for the month of December.
Russell is the daughter of Brad and Angie Russell and has four older brothers as well as an older sister.
She plans to attend UCO after graduation to pursue a bachelor’s in Biology.
Russell is affiliated with FFA, FCCLA and cheerleading.
She has served as the president and sentinel for Chandler FFA.
She has also actively participated in various leadership initiatives, including Alumni Leadership workshops, FFA Day at the Capitol and many others.
Russell has taken part in a number of volunteer activities such as the Chandler Crawfish Boil, Alumni dinners, Relay for Life, Barn Hunts, Operation Christmas Child and other projects.
Calista Schardt is the daughter of Chuck and Tracy Schardt and has a younger sister.
After graduation, she plans to attend Meridian in Stillwater, Oklahoma, to get her license in cosmetology and hopes to start a business in Chandler.
She is a member of the Edmond campus of Life Church and is involved in cheerleading, FCCLA and PSI.
