A Prague woman facing a harboring from justice charge has waived a speedy trial.
Whitney Harrison, 34 at the time and from Prague, was charged July 29, 2022 in Lincoln County District Court.
Appearing before District Judge Traci Soderstrom on May 23, Harrison entered a plea of not guilty and waived a speedy trial. The judge set the cause for the felony disposition docket on Sep. 26, the jury trial call docket on Oct. 13 and her jury trial for 9 a.m. on Oct. 16.
