A Chandler man who fled the state and went to Florida after he was arraigned to stand trial on four felony charges has been returned and a jury trial date scheduled.
A $150,000 bench warrant has been issued for his arrest. Florida authorities arrested Bonner and held him on jail there.
Four felony counts were filed Chandler, at the same time Gordon was charged.
The felony charges were filed against John Joshua Bonner, 46, in Lincoln County District Court April 4, 2022 and three counts were filed against Angela Renee Gordon, 42, Claremore.
Gordon recently drew three lengthy prison sentences after she had taken a blind plea on the second day of her jury trial earlier this year.
During his arraignment and status conference on May 2 before District Judge Traci Soderstrom, Bonner entered not guilty pleas.
Judge Soderstrom has scheduled him for the felony disposition docket on Sep. 26, the jury trial call docket on Oct. 13 and his jury trial at 9 a.m. Oct. 16.
