Resurfacing of Highway 18 between Chandler and Meeker is in full swing. Haskell Lemon Construction from Oklahoma City is performing the work and is repaving one lane at a time. Their crew started in Meeker and had reached the Deep Fork River bridge by noon on Friday and the U.S. 66 intersection in Chandler by the end of the day. On Monday, they made a U turn and headed back to Meeker, paving the south-bound lane.
