A Davenport man faces five felonies after he was arrested for allegations of sex-related charges with a 15-year-old minor.

Eric Lebaron Bromley, 47, was formally charged July 14 in Lincoln County District with four counts of lewd or indecent acts to a child under 16 and one count of child neglect.

He appeared before Associate District Judge Sheila Kirk on July 13 and she set his bond at $75,000. She ordered Bromley to have no contact with the victim as a condition of the bond.

He made his initial appearance on July 17. He is set for a further initial appearance on Aug. 18.

Each of the counts allegedly occurred between Dec. 12, 2022 and June 27, 2023 in Lincoln County.

According to a probable cause affidavit, Lincoln County Detective George Kelly Coleman arrested Bromley on July 12 this year after he came to the Sheriff’s Office for an interview.

Coleman read Bromley his Miranda Rights and he told the detective he didn’t want to speak without an attorney.
