A $50,000 bench warrant has been issued for a man charged with kidnapping and three counts of first degree rape of a Lincoln County woman.
The charges were formally filed May 5 in Lincoln County District Court against Antonio E. Arroyo, 56, of Tulsa. The bench warrant was issued the same day.
The charges allege Arroyo had sexual intercourse with the woman without her consent on March 16, 17 and 18 of this year. In the kidnapping count, he is accused of seizing and confining the woman against her will from March 16 through March 18.
Several Lincoln County deputies are involved in the investigation.
