A Wellston man facing several felonies in two cases, has pleaded not guilty in both cases and he has been scheduled for the felony disposition docket in the fall.
Larry Don Seebeck, 57, was formally charged in Lincoln County District Court July 25, 2022 with trafficking in illegal drugs, unlawful possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance, operating a vehicle without a proper license plate and failure to comply with compulsory insurance law.
Seebeck was formally charged in Lincoln County District Court Dec. 2, 2022 with knowingly receiving or concealing stolen property and distribution of a Controlled Dangerous Substance including possession with intent to distribute.
During his arraignment on June 27 before District Judge Traci Soderstrom, he pleaded not guilty. The plea was received and the judge scheduled him for the felony disposition docket on Sep. 26 and a jury trial in October of this year.
On the December charges, Seebeck appeared before Associate District Judge Sheila Kirk Nov. 29.
She set his bond at $6,000 on Count 1 and at $5,000 on Count 2. He made his initial appearance on Dec. 5.
Special Judge Emily Mueller scheduled his preliminary hearings for both cases on May 25. On that date, he waived them and she scheduled his arraignment in both cases for 9:30 a.m. June 27.
Seebeck was also charged last July with trafficking in illegal drugs, a felony, and three misdemeanors. They include unlawful possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, operating a motor vehicle without a proper license plate and failure to comply with compulsory insurance law.
