A funeral service will be held for Lori Lynn Purcell at 10 a.m., Saturday, April 10, 2021, in the chapel of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston, which handled the final arrangements. Burial will follow at the Wellston Cemetery.
Purcell was born to Max Lee Thomas and Mary Loretta Gallaher on November 6, 1966, in Chandler. She died Wednesday, March 31, 2021, in Round Rock, Texas, at the age of 54 years.
She lived in Austin, Texas, and was a human resources director at a major technology company.
Her daughter Amber Purcell preceded her in death.
Survivors include her mother Mary Hagar; stepfather Jerry Hagar; father Max Thomas; her children Dennis Purcell II and his wife Lauren, and Samantha Frush; three siblings, Wayne Thomas, Michelle Shoffstall and Mary Angela Tucker; four grandchildren; and other family and friends.
