Ruby Lucille Burger Sparks was born November 5, 1934, in Agra. She died at home on Thursday, August 19, 2021. She was 86 years old.
Sparks, the daughter of Clyde C. and Nellie V. (Reed) Burger, married Herman C. Campbell in 1953.
She worked as a seamstress and was a foster parent.
Preceding her in death were her parents; two husbands, Herman Campbell and Red Wimbs; and her son Ross Campbell.
Survivors include husband Leon Sparks; two daughters and sons-in-law, Helen and Brad Williams of Wellston and Betty and Bill Hand of Cumming, Iowa; her siblings, LaWanda Elkins of Oklahoma City, Melvin Burger and Rosa Sturm, both of Meeker, Geraldine Henson of Choctaw, Okla., and Debbie Pruett of Payson, Okla.; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and other family and friends.
A private service was held with burial following at Star Valley Cemetery in Wellston. Arrangements were under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
