Charles William Webb Sr. was born in Arlington, Okla. on Oct. 24, 1940.
He died June 21, 2022 at the age of 81. Charles was the son of Everett and Jewel (Hildreth) Webb.
He worked for many years in the oil and gas business then began his career in construction.
He met a young lady by the name of Donna Carney and married her on Dec. 5, 1975. He was also a member of the Chapel of Faith in Stroud.
Charles was preceded in death by his parents Everett and Jewel Webb; daughter, Dewella Webb; brother, Everett Webb Jr; and sisters, Wanda Montgomery, Barbara Davis, and Kathy Jacobs.
Charles is survived by his wife of 47 years, Donna Webb; son Charles Webb Jr and wife Annette and son Jason Webb; brother Gene Webb; sister, Pat Booze and husband Ray Kent and sister Effie Salsmen; six grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; also a host of extended family and friends.
The funeral services were held at Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Stroud on Friday, June 24, 2022 at 10:00 AM with burial following in the Stroud Cemetery.
