Edwin Lafeyette Wiseman was born May 26, 1935, in Garland, Okla., and died Friday, January 14, 2022, in Stillwater, Okla. He was 86 years old.
Wiseman graduated from Englewood High School in Kansas and served in the United States Army.
He was preceded in death by his parents Clarence and Chelsea (Edwards) Wiseman; two wives, Jody (Sizelove) Wiseman and Naomi (Lay) Wiseman; his brother Wallace Wiseman; and sisters, Marion And Gene.
Survivors include his children and their spouses, Pam and Cliff Moore of Rush Springs, Okla., John and Wendy Wiseman of Carney, Monty and Susan Block of Kingsville, Mo., Vicki Rolland and Roger Sigrist of Stillwater, Cindy and Alan Cates of Sand Springs, Okla., and Brett Prothe of St. Louis, Mo.; his sister Clarice Dixon of Tulsa, Okla.; 19 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
A graveside funeral will be 2 p.m., Monday, January 24, 2022, at Woodland Cemetery in Cleveland, Okla., with the Rev. Steve Brown officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
