Lincoln County Republicans to meet Tuesday

Lincoln County Republicans will meet 7 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 20, in the courthouse lobby in Chandler. Discussion will be on the upcoming General Election and a report will be given on the state convention. The state committee also recently met with members participating at the meeting in Oklahoma City both in person and on Zoom. Lincoln County Chairman Steve Buoy attended the meeting in person.

FFA chapters participate in conference

Officers from FFA chapters throughout Lincoln County recently participated in the 2020 Oklahoma FFA Chapter Officer Leadership Training Conference at the Embassy Suites in Norman. The conference, planned and conducted by state FFA officers, focused on conflict resolution within a team. Keynote speaker was Kelly Barnes of Choctaw. He is an accomplished professional speaker and leadership coach who served as state FFA president in 2003-2004.

Food giveaway in Wellston
