Hall of Fame and longtime Davenport Coach John Greenfield says he has coached his last football game and is retiring.

Doolen re-elected chair of commissioners

Lincoln County commissioners here week re-appointed Lee Doolen as chairman of the Board of County Commissioners for another year. They also re-appointed Marlon Miller as vice chairman.Doolen, who is District 3 commissioner, has served as chairman for several years.

The Oklahoma Hall of Fame has opened registration for its Oklahoma Scholarship Competition to high schoolers across the state. The competition has more than $770,000 available in cash scholarships and tuition grants, according to a press release from the Oklahoma Hall of Fame.
