Our Dad, Colonel Robert Nolan Chase was born a few miles south of Carney, Okla., on July 17, 1935 to Amos and Delpha Chase. He passed away on June 24, 2019 at his home in Carney.

Larry James Gordon

Larry James Gordon of Meeker was born to James and Ruby Gordon on July 29, 1944, in Corsicana, Texas . He died Friday, July 3, 2020, in Shawnee, Okla., at the age of 75 years. Larry is survived by his wife Frances Kay Gordon of the home; three children, Tony Gordon and wife Julie of Jacktown, Okla.

Patsy Ann Gibbs

Patsy Ann Gibbs of Chandler was born to John and Arizona (Dunn) Stevens on November 23, 1945, in Atoka, Okla. She died Monday, July 6, 2020, at the age of 74 years. Gibbs retired from Hiland Dairy in Chandler.

Funeral services for Barbara J. Walker of Chandler will be 11 a.m., Friday, July 10, 2020, at Living Waters Tabernacle in Meeker. She died Saturday, July 4, 2020. A full obituary will be published in next week’s edition of The Lincoln County News.

Charity Jean Bussey passed away surrounded by her loving family on June 25, 2020 at the age of 41. She was born on March 14, 1979 in Oklahoma City to Tommy Ray and Cathy Jean (Crisp) Lindsay. Charity was raised in Meeker, Okla., and was a 1997 graduate of Meeker High School.

Jeanette Karen Hoover

Jeanette Karen Hoover was born to William Fredrick and Pauline Elizabeth (Geary) Stein on November 3, 1946, in Queens, N.Y. She died Saturday, June 13, 2020, in Chandler at the age of 73 years. Hoover was preceded in death by her parents and daughter Yvette Johnson.

David Wayne Young

David Wayne Young was born February 12, 1979, in Lawton, Okla., and died Wednesday, July 1, 2020, in Tecumseh, Okla. He was 41 years old. Young attended school in Lawton and worked in construction. He was preceded in death by three grandparents.

Loved by many, Thomas H. “Pat” Patterson, age 89, of Cushing, Okla., died peacefully in his home on Thursday, June 25, 2020. Born in Reading, Ohio to John and Marjorie Patterson, he was one of the oldest of 15 brothers and sisters.
