Glenda Jean Hall

Glenda Hall was born December 6, 1943, in Kendrick, Okla., and died Wednesday, February 19, 2020, at her home in Kendrick. She was 76 years old. Hall, the daughter of Chester O. and Lucille (Carey) Cook, married Doyle Dean Hall on October 14, 1966, in Chandler.

Nelda Ann Armstrong

Funeral services will be held for Nelda Ann Armstrong of Cushing, Okla., at 2 p.m., today, February 27, 2020, at Cushing Christian Church with Pastor Jim Forrest officiating. Burial will follow at Euchee Valley Memorial Park Cemetery in Cushing.

Melvin Gale McBane

Melvin Gale McBane, formerly of Sparks, was born May 27, 1940, in Delhi, Okla., and died Tuesday, February 11, 2020, at his home in Shawnee, Okla. He was 79 years old. McBane, the son of Archie Mearl and Rosa Lee VanBuskirk McBane, married Mary Jayne Porch on October 19, 1964, in Fayetteville, Ark.

Pamela Jean Helfenbein (Pam) joined her Heavenly Father on February 14, 2020. She was born in Lawton, OK on September 12, 1958 to Lt. Col. Marin Willis Green and Cleola (Geis) Green. She was the fifth of six children.

Jerry Dee Smith

Jerry Dee Smith was born to Dee and Alta (Marquis) Smith on October 20, 1940, in Wewoka, Okla. He died Tuesday, February 18, 2020, at his home in Meeker. He was 79 years old. Jerry retired from the Meeker Volunteer Fire Department and was a member of the Meeker Town Council serving as Mayor.
