A 59-year-old man facing multiple charges for alleged sex crimes against minors has been been convicted of child neglect.Mark Leon Miller, Sr., of Midwest City, appeared before District Judge Sarah Bridge March 25 on formal charges filed against him on Aug. 15, 2024 in Lincoln County District Court.
