A Chandler man facing two felonies related to minors following his arrest recently by Lincoln County deputies has waived his preliminary hearing and his arraignment is set.Lucarious Dewayne Martinez, 22, was formally charged in Lincoln County District Court Dec.

A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for a Cushing man previously convicted of several felonies nowfacingarobbery charge.Donnie Ray Ventris, 59, was formally charged in Lincoln County District on Dec. 31, 2024 with robbery with a dangerous weapon.

$50k bench warrant issued for Chandler man

A $50,000 bench warrant has been issued for the arrest of Chandler man due in court on a felony charge and two misdemeanors filed against him in January of 2024.And another $50,000 bench warrant was issued for his arrest in January of this year in a separate case on a felony charge.

By Mike McCormick Staff Writer TwoMcLoudmenfacing three felony charges each in connection with trafficking illegal drugs, cultivation of a controlled substance and possession of firearms during commission of a felony have avoided trials.

The Chandler Junior High 8th Grade Academic team placed first at Districts in November, runner up at Regionals in December and runner up at Area on Jan. 29. They’ve qualified for the Challenge of Champions academic meet, scheduled for March 29 at Redlands Community College in El Reno. The team has made it to this competition about three times. Another quail season has come and gone. In a way, I’m sorry I missed hunting the bobwhites other than briefly when my good friend Steve Buoy and I hunted them during the turkey season when we could hunt both quail and turkey.
