Charges dropped, but new one filed

Two first degree rape charges have been dismissed against a defendant and a new felony was filed in which he pleaded to and drew a deferred term. has been scheduled for a jury trial in February.

Two jury trials involving criminal cases were conducted in the January Pottawatomie County jury term and both juries returned guilty verdicts.There were also multiple juvenile cases tried as well. The two criminal cases conducted were the State of Oklahoma v.

$50k bench warrant issued for court no-show

A $50,000 bench warrant has been issued for the arrest of Chandler man due in court on a felony charge and two misdemeanors filed against him in January of 2024.And another $50,000 benchwarrantwasissued for his arrest in January of this year in a separate case on a felony charge.

Chandler man recieves $10k bench warrant for 3 felonies

A$10,000 bench warrant has been issued for the arrest of a Chandler man wanted for three felonies and two misdemeanors.Jeremy Paul Sisco, 32, was formally charged in Lincoln County District Court in late November 2024 and the $10,000 bench was issued at that time.
