A $50,000 bench warrant has been issued for a defendant who recently failed to show up for a jury trial call docket on five charges.

Tigers roll, go 10-0

Stroud pummeled the Luther Lions last week, winning 58-0, and racking up the fourth unbeaten regular season in the school’s history.The Tigers’ only close game this season was the opener against ancient rival, Chandler, which they won, 21-14.

Davenport makes the playoffs

Davenport’s Bulldogs defeated Coyle 31-22 in the final regular game of the season on the road and earned the final spot in the playoffs in the district.

Sentence on amended drug charge

A Davenport man facing a felony drug count and two other charges following his arrest by a Lincoln County Deputy has been sentenced on an amended misdemeanor possession count.

Plea in sex case

A man charged with four counts of sex related acts with a minor has pleaded innocent and his case has been set for a felony disposition docket in December.Formal charges were filed July 26, 2023 in Lincoln County District Court against Bradley Jacobs, 20, address unknown.

Not guilty plea to firearms charge

Prague band fund-raiser

The Prague High School Band successfully raised over $5,000 at its Fall Band Fundraiser, according to Director Trevor Harrold.The funds will go directly toward providing opportunities for students and keeping their musical instruments and equipment in top shape.
