Pleas continued for two charged with felonies

Two people each charged with drug trafficking, two others felonies and a misdemeanor have waived jury trials and their pleas have been continued.

A jury trial has been set for a Wellston man facing five felony charges after reportedly shooting at his parents and leading law enforcement officers on a high speed pursuit before being caught and arrested has pleaded not guilty.

It was an overcast day at Stroud Lake, but that didn’t stop campers. Many slots near the swimming area and lake ranger’s house were full of RVs, with a few tents interspersed.While there didn’t appear to be any boats on the water, city workers could be heard mowing.
