The Lincoln County News walked away with several awards from the Oklahoma PressAssociation’s 2025 Better Newspaper Contest on June 6.The newspaper competed in Division 6 for weeklies that service areas with a population of 1,800 to 4,000.

With the temps getting higher and school officially out all over the county, local libraries have launched their summer reading programs.

May Wellness Report

Every month, Wellness Dep. Rod Baker from the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office releases the Lincoln County Recovery Report to keep residents informed of ongoing activities and programs to help with mental health recovery efforts in the county.
