Nan Morehouse, 91, passed away May 24, 2026, after a long illness. She was born on January 6, 1935, in Grand Prairie, Louisiana, the daughter of Francis and Elizabeth Reed. She marriedAlvus Earl Morehouse in November 1953, and the two had three children.
In addition to her parents, Nan was preceded in death by her son and ex-husbandAlvus, whom she remained close to until his death in 2022. She is survived by her two daughters and two granddaughters.
Aprivate graveside service was held on Friday, May 29, 2026. Arrangements were under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
