Chandler was bursting with Christmas spirit over the weekend. The community event featured a delicious dinner, door prizes and gifts and an appearance by the Elf Himself, Santa Claus. Helping Hands, which provides food, clothes and life planning, gave away 100 food baskets and gave toys to 45 kids.
