Miller added to Oklahoma Memorial

Lucky Miller, Mannford Police Chief and former Stroud Police Chief is one of 24 law enforcement officers who died in the line of duty will be dedicated on the Oklahoma Law Enforcement Memorial.

The 52nd Annual Oklahoma Law Enforcement Officer’s Memorial Service will take place Friday, Oct. 9, at 10:00 a.m. on the west grounds of the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety Headquarters, 3600 M. L. King Avenue in Oklahoma City.

Miller died Nov. 10, 2019 in Pensacola Beach, Fl, while attending a police training.

The memorial service was originally scheduled for May 8, but was postponed due to COVID-19.

Guest speaker for the memorial service will be U.S. Representative Kevin Hern. The public is encouraged to attend the outdoor service.
