Casey Jordan Netherton, 33, of Cushing was charged with first degree rape, forcible sodomy and lewd/indecent proposals/acts to a child under 16 years of age.
On Oct. 15, the Agra Police Department received a report from a woman who said Netherton had sexually assaulted another person, according to the affidavit filed by David Earls.
During a forensic interview Friday, Oct. 23, the victim disclosed that Netherton had sexually assaulted her, choked her and forced her to watch pornography, according to the affidavit.
During the interview, the victim stated these sexual assaults began around the age of eight, according to the affidavit.
A bench warrant was issued on Monday, Nov. 2.
Netherton’s reappearance is scheduled for Monday, Nov. 9 at 1 p.m.
