Next week: county fair

The Lincoln County Fall Free Fair starts today and continues through Saturday.

There will be no carnival this year, but the livestock shows and table top exhibits will go on.

People can attend the livestock shows, but not view the table top exhibits.

Fairground Facilities Manager Kellie Warnes said masks are not required.

Warnes said she brought in extra bleachers so people will be able to social distance.

She also said there are added precautions like hand sanitizing stations.

Participants of the livestock shows are instructed to clip their animals before arriving at the fairgrounds.

Animals will be released once their shows are over.
