Team entries are being accepted for a Cowboy Rodeo to be hosted by the Prague Round-Up Club. The event is scheduled for 6 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 19, at the Prague Rodeo Arena.
A limit of 12 team entries will be accepted. The first 12 checks received by Tuesday, Sept. 1, will be entered.
Entry fee is $1,800 for a five-man team. First place team receives $6,500; second place $4,000 and third place $2,500. There is also a fast time/event that gets $1,000.
To enter a team, call Bary Clower at (940) 452-1948. The Cowboy Events include Sort & Pen, Sort & Mug, Sort & Doctor, and Maverick Brand.
Spectator Events are Boot Race, Calf Scramble and Musical Chairs.
The event will be held rain or shine. Admission is free to the public.
