Dalbert Leon Thornhill was born September 16, 1956, in Oklahoma City. He died Saturday, June 19, 2021, at the age of 64 years.
Thornhill, the son of Dalbert and Frances Thornhill, married Tonie Place in October 1978 in Davenport.
A Stroud High School graduate, he worked for Schwan’s, Lincoln Transportation and Highland Dairy.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his son Dalbert “DJ” Thornhill Jr. and his sisters Tonya Davis and Patty Clayton.
Survivors include his wife Tonie Thornhill; son David Thornhill and wife Janin; his daughter Danie Thornhill-Hurlburt and husband Jacob; seven grandchildren; his twin sister Alberta Pearson and sister Susan Fogle; and other relatives and friends.
A funeral service was held Thursday, June 24, 2021, at Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Stroud, which whish provided Care Services.
