1. Update on July 3rd Fireworks Display
A. Chamber of Commerce will be the sponsor for this year’s fireworks display. The Chamber sponsors a Golf Tournament each year to help fund the fireworks display. There are usually ten teams scheduled for the tournament held at the Chandler Golf Course. This year 15 teams showed up on a Friday to enter the tournament. Our Chamber members scrambled and got 5 more golf carts and everybody played golf. Note: More money for next year.
B. The Fireworks display will be shot off by a Licensed Pyrotechnician with Meeker Fire Department on standby for fire and safety.
C. Fireworks start approx. dark thirty (Weather permitting).

5. Handicapped and Wet grounds
A. If we have the 10 days of rain our weather forecasters are predicting, you may want to bring your lawn chairs and every effort will be made for your comfort. If grounds are wet, Handicap parking may be different this year. Please use golf carts and you will be shuttled to the front for a great view. You will be helped with your chair.
6. Weather
A. Hopefully the weather will cooperate this year. 70 degrees and cloudy would be my choice. Watch Facebook for updates on Fireworks Display.
7. Special Note
A. We would appreciate you arriving early and staying until the Fireworks display is completed. Please be patient entering and exiting the Lake.
We have a limited number of volunteers for parking. When you exit the Lake onto Kickapoo (3410 Rd), please use your blinker to go right or left.
