Ofc. Batman responded to the gas station on E. 1 st in reference to someone damaging one of the pumps. A report was taken. Ofc. Hawkins stopped
Ofc. Hawkins stopped a vehicle on E. 1 st which matched the description of a vehicle involved in a hit and run accident near Walmart on July 17. Jeffrey Fehr was arrested for driving under suspension, transporting open container of beer, having no insurance and on an outstanding Lincoln County warrant. The hit and run remains under investigation.
