Prague Middle School student Gracey Rich placed first in the American Farmers and Ranchers District Speech contest and qualified in the top 10 for the state. She competed in the Junior Division, which is for sixth to eighth graders. The speech had to be between 4-6 minutes long. Gracey will now compete at the state level on Saturday, Dec. 4, at Oklahoma State University. She is the daughter of Tim and Amy Rich.
