Commissioners approve safety bonuses

Lincoln County commissioners during a recent meeting adopted several resolutions and approved safety bonuses for several employees.

They also agreed to purchasing a wheel loader in District 3.

They adopted a donation resolution receiving a Bolted Fluid Storage Tank from Morgan Well Service to District 1.

They also approved a donation resolution receiving a 2001 Chevrolet 1500 pickup from the Lincoln/Pottawatomie County District Attorney to District 3.

They approved a resolution to dispose of Equipment in District 1.

Commissioners approved a declaration of surplus for Districts 1 and 2.

They approved a purchase contract with ODOT for a Volvo Wheel Loader in District 3. Commission Chairman Lee Doolen explained it was on the state contract so it wasn’t necessary to go out for bids.

He said cost of the brand new loader is $168,760.

Commissioners approved safety bonuses for Glen Wayland, Kenneth Pryor, Malcom Mattheyer, Kai Bouwman and Richard Harwell.

County Clerk Alicia Wagnon advised commissioners they had decided employees working more than 1,000 hours were eligible for the bonuses and these employees met that criteria.

A location change was approved for Oklahoma Marijuana Medical Authority compliance certificate for Vultralab LLC.

Commissioners approved an agreement with Clean Uniform.

They spent a brief time in executive session discussing the purchase of real property but when they returned they took no action.
